Camp Kateri is a sleep-away camp for girls in grades 2-12.
You can register for any of these sessions online or by calling our Customer Service team at 877.764.5237 or by submitting a registration form. If you register online you must first create a username and password and then start the registration process. Click here to register online. We offer sessions for the following grade levels:
THE $25.00 DEPOSIT CANNOT BE REFUNDED AFTER CAMP REGISTRATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
If a refund is administered, it will not include the non-refundable $25.00 deposit. For campers not registered as members of Girl Scouts of Gateway Council, an additional $15 is non-refundable.
The balance of the camp fees are refundable only under the following conditions:
- In the event of severe illness or death in the family. Documentation must be attached to the written request for a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within two weeks after the start date of the camping session.
- For medical reasons. A letter from a physician must be attached to the written request for a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within two weeks after the start date of the camping session.
- If Girl Scouts of Gateway Council, Inc. receives a written cancellation at least four weeks prior to the beginning of the session date. Your timely cancellation will enable a girl on the waiting list to attend the program.
- If the session is canceled by Girl Scouts of Gateway Council, Inc. or a camp session is full, a full refund will be issued.
NOTE: Refunds will not be made if the camper voluntarily withdraws or is removed from camp during the session for any reason. If a refund is administered it will not include the non-refundable $25.00 deposit for the camp session.
