"The Sound of Music" - All GS and Families
The hills are alive! A brand new production of "The Sound of Music" is coming to the Times-Union Center. The spirited, romantic and beloved musical story of Maria and the von Trapp Family will once again thrill audiences with its Tony-, Grammy- and Academy Award-winning Best Score, including “My Favorite Things,” “Do-Re-Mi,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” “Edelweiss” and the title song. "The Sound of Music" features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse, suggested by “The Trapp Family Singers” by Maria Augusta Trapp.
Seating is assigned by troop number entered at the time of registration. If you would like to be seated together as a group, please enter the same troop number for all persons registering (including non-Girl Scouts). If multiple troops wish to sit together, please choose one troop number to represent your entire group. If you are a Juliette and would like to be seated as a group, please enter “Juliette” followed by your last name to represent your group.

* This event is for 2018 registered Girl Scouts, tagalongs and adults.
* Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description.
* Adults are expected to stay on the premises and in some cases, help girls during the event.
