Sweets & Treats Kick-Off Rally

Join us for a private “In the Park After Dark” event to kick off our 2022 Sweets & Treats season featuring animal meet & greets, animal featured shows and a seal chat provided by our friends at Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park!

Provide girls the opportunity to be their brightest selves while learning about our fall mascot - the Hawaiian Monk seal and their marine friends!  Enjoy Girl Scout themed activities brought to you by local partners and sample some of our tasty fall treats!

Activities included with your ticket: 

5:45pm - Dolphin Show at Dolphin Theater

6:15pm - Sea Lion Show at Shoreline Theater

6:45pm - Seal Chat at Seal Harbor

7:30pm - 8:00pm - Animal Meet & Greet around the Park

The 'In the Park After Dark' event is scheduled from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM CST, after the park closes for the day. If you would like to visit the park during their regular park hours on August 20th before the Rally, general admission tickets will be available for purchase at a discounted rate. These are available to add on at check out. You will be able to pick the park passes up at Gift Shop Counter on August 20th. You will come to the event registration table after the park closes to check in for the rally event. You MUST purchase a rally ticket to take advantage of the discounted park pass for the day. Confirmation emails will go out before the event. 

Bring a Friend:                                   

All Girl Scouts are encouraged to bring a friend and show what being a Girl Scout is all about!

  • First 100 registered Girl Scouts who purchase the Bring a Friend ticket will get a GS SWAG BAG and a recruiter patch.
  • Any new membership purchased that day is $15. Our new Girl Scout will recieve a girl scout bag and free patch. Both girls must be in attendance to receive incentive.  

Additional Details:

A rally patch will be provided for each registered Girl Scout girl at event check in. This event is for all Girl Scouts and their families.   

Food Trucks will be available to purchase food and beverage.

Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description. Adults are expected to stay on the premises.


Cancellation and Refunds:

All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email) one week before event. You will receive confirmation via email if the request has been approved. If the program is cancelled due to weather, low registration numbers or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified via email to the email listed at the time of registration.  Plans to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program will be included in this email. All registrants will be given the option to reschedule (if option is available) or receive a refund at the time of cancellation. Refunds may only be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase. 

Confirmation:

Event details will be sent to the email listed after registration and before the event. 

  • 'In the Park After Dark' Rally tickets are $10 each and are only for the event between the hours of 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM CST. These tickets do not allow access to the park before 5:30 PM CST.
  • To register for general admission into the park during park hours on August 20th, you can purchase the discounted tickets on the registration page. These tickets would be purchased in addition to the $10 Rally tickets. The deadline to purchase General Park Admission tickets at the discounted rate is Monday, August 15th by midnight EST. You will pick park admission tickets up at Gift Shop Counter on August 20th and check in at the GS registration table at 5:30 PM for the rally.
