Giving girls the tools to be successful in Middle or Junior High School!
Is your fifth grader excited about heading to middle school? Are you both a little nervous? No need to worry! Just plan for her to attend Passages, a two-day summer workshop that introduces girls to the skills they’ll need in middle school. Hosted at their new school, the workshop is designed to ensure that each girl is prepared for all of the new experiences middle school will inevitably bring.
In addition to making new friends and getting to know their new school administrators, the girls will have combination lock races and school wide scavenger hunts. They will learn to take better notes by sitting through mock lessons on subjects that interest them. They will even get to practice dressing out for gym.
The workshop allows girls to explore their feelings and conquer their fears of a new school in an all-girl environment. By the end of the program, you’ll both be ready for the first day of middle school!
