Summary: The Customer Care Manager is committed to supporting girl and adult membership. Customer Care Manager is responsible for member retention, conversion and renewal within assigned geographic areas. The Customer Care Manager is responsible for Gateway Council girl and volunteer retention. This position is also responsible for representing the organization, increasing brand awareness and nurturing relationships with community partners within the same assigned geographic areas.
