Customer Care Manager - Jacksonville

Summary: The Customer Care Manager is committed to supporting girl and adult membership. Customer Care Manager is responsible for member retention, conversion and renewal within assigned geographic areas. The Customer Care Manager is responsible for Gateway Council girl and volunteer retention. This position is also responsible for representing the organization, increasing brand awareness and nurturing relationships with community partners within the same assigned geographic areas.

Development Coordinator

Summary: Working under the direction of the VP of Fund Development, the Development Coordinator plays a key and integral role in the success of GSGC’s fund development efforts. The Development Coordinator is responsible for database management, donor recognition, grant tracking, stewardship/cultivation events, the lead for the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council Alum group and other related development activities. This role requires a highly organized, detail oriented, and motivated person.

Outdoor Program Director

Summary: Working under the direction of the chief development and brand officer, the outdoor program director plays a key and integral role in the success of Girl Scouts of Gateway Council's program experience for girls. The outdoor program director is responsible for oversight of customized program strategies, ensuring their optimum performance levels and financial success. This position will be responsible for achievement of outdoor program outcomes, planning, implementing and analyzing programs that meet the changing needs of girl members — with a primary focus on programs encompassing the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) related to outdoor programs, summer camps (overnight, high adventure and day camp), travel, and establishing partnerships to enhance outdoor program opportunities.
