Customer Care Manager - Jacksonville

Summary: The Customer Care Manager is committed to supporting girl and adult membership. Customer Care Manager is responsible for member retention, conversion and renewal within assigned geographic areas. The Customer Care Manager is responsible for Gateway Council girl and volunteer retention. This position is also responsible for representing the organization, increasing brand awareness and nurturing relationships with community partners within the same assigned geographic areas.

Donor Relations Manager - Tallahassee

Summary: Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Development, the Donor Relations Manager (DRM) plays a key and integral role in the success of Girl Scouts of Gateway Council’s (GSGC) fund development efforts, specifically through ongoing and proactive relationship management, strategic communications planning, gift cultivation and solicitation activity with an assigned caseload of qualified donors. In this role, the DRM will identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors acting as the primary contact between GSGC and the assigned caseload, with an emphasis on securing gifts of $5,000 and higher, increasing overall gifts to GSGC while retaining and strengthening existing giving.

Special Events Manager

Summary: Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Development, the Special Events Manager plays a key and integral role in the success of GSGC’s fund development efforts, specifically through Girl Scout special events. The Special Events Manager requires a highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and motivated person to serve as lead for event planning, revenue generation, management, production and sponsorship. The Special Events Manager must be willing to travel over our entire territory of Northern Florida to execute special events throughout the year.
