Do The Robot with MOSH - D

Sat Sep 28, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM EST
Girl Program, STEM

Have you ever wondered what robots do and how they move? Robots are created and used every day to do something new – like create your favorite pair of sneakers, explore space, cook dinner and even dance to a cool playlist. Join MOSH where you can do the robot and show us your moves. The experts will help you spark your creativity as you discover the parts of a robot, what they can do and how they move. At the end of this hands-on workshop, you will head home with both your What Robots Do and How Robots Move badges.

* Check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the workshop will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. The museum will be open for exploration between check-in and that start of the workshop and after the workshop is complete.
* The Daisy What Robots Do and How Robots Move badges are included at the conclusion of the program for every registered Girl Scout girl.
* This event is for 2019-20 registered Girl Scout girls and registered & approved adult volunteers.
* Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description.
* For safety and supervision reasons, troops and individuals are not permitted to bring non-Girl Scouts or siblings.
* Adults are expected to stay on the premises and in some cases, help girls during the event.
