For Cookie Volunteers

With your help, girls can make their dreams come true with Girl Scout Cookies. They’ll learn five skills (goal-setting, decision-making, money management, people skills, and business ethics) for life while having a lot of fun along the way. This page will have everything you need to make your Cookie Season quick, easy, and fulfilling.

November 2022: Nov. 17 - Leader training (virtual & in-person) with your CPM or VPM
December 2022: Dec. 03 - Cookie Kickoff at Marineland in St. Augustine
Dec. 15 - Enter troop banking info into ebudde
January 2023: Jan. 03 - Order taking begins with Digital Cookie & Girl Order Card
Jan. 13 - Deadline for Initial Orders, Rewards, & Reward opt-out (Reward opt-out for CSA only)
Jan. 23 - Early Booth Selection begins at 7 p.m. EST (qualifing troops only)
Jan. 25 - 27 - Booth Selection begins at 7 p.m. EST (6 p.m. CT) in eBudde
February 2023: Feb. 3 - 4 - Cookie Mega Drop!
Feb. 6 - Cookie warehouses & select cupboards open
Feb. 10 - Booth sales begin
Feb. 14 - First ACH Sweep
Feb. 21 - Second ACH Sweep
Feb. 27 - Digital Cookie shipped available nationwide
March 2023: March 3 - National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend
Mar. 7 - Third ACH Sweep
Mar. 17 - Last day to add girls to eBudde
Mar. 19 - In-Person & Digital Cookie Sale ends
Mar. 21 - Final ACH Sweep

Who's My CPM?

Community Product Teams:

Our Community Product Managers (CPM) and Village Product Managers (VPM) volunteers support each of their communities during the Girl Scout Cookie Program by providing valuable resources to leaders and acting as liaison between volunteers and Girl Scouts of Gateway Council Staff.
